Terms of Service
Last updated September 2026
Agreement
These terms cover your use of pom.gallery. By creating a gallery, paying for one, or viewing one as a guest, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the site.
The gallery you build
You're responsible for the photos and information you upload. Only upload photos you own or have permission to share, and don't use pom.gallery to host or distribute content you don't have the right to.
Acceptable use
Beyond the above, don't use pom.gallery to upload illegal content, malware, or anything that infringes someone else's rights; don't impersonate someone else when setting up a gallery; and don't attempt to interfere with the service, probe it for vulnerabilities outside of good-faith security research, or automate access to it beyond normal use (creating, editing, or viewing your own galleries).
Payment
Your gallery's base price covers up to the photo limit shown at checkout, hosted indefinitely. Additional photo blocks and the custom domain add-on are one-time charges, billed once through Stripe at checkout, and there is no recurring subscription.
Refunds
You can request a full refund yourself, from your dashboard, within 7 days of paying for a gallery. Refunding takes the gallery offline immediately; it isn't deleted automatically, so you can still remove its data yourself afterward if you want to. Outside that 7-day window, purchases are final, since by then the gallery has typically been shared with guests.
Editing after publishing
Once your gallery is paid for and live, you can still go back and change it - names, photos, hero image, theme, privacy, and your link are all editable anytime from your dashboard, and changes go live immediately with no re-payment. You also get a full, exact preview before you pay, so you know what you're publishing in the first place.
Unpaid drafts
A gallery you start but don't pay for is a draft. It's never publicly visible, and it and any photos uploaded to it are automatically deleted after 72 hours of inactivity.
Custom domains
If you add a custom domain, you're responsible for owning that domain and pointing its DNS records at us as instructed. We don't sell or register domains on your behalf.
Availability and warranty
We aim to keep every published gallery online indefinitely, but pom.gallery is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, and depends on third-party infrastructure providers we don't control. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, pom.gallery isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the gallery in question. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law.
Suspension and termination
We may take a gallery offline if it violates these terms, for example by hosting illegal content or infringing someone's rights. Outside of that, a gallery only ever comes down because you refund or delete it yourself.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use pom.gallery after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Questions
Every account action described in these terms - managing, editing, refunding, or deleting your gallery - is available yourself from your dashboard. See the Help Center for step-by-step guidance, and the Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.
