Yes, and it's included at no extra cost. Set a password and only people you share it with can view or download anything.
Can guests download the photos?+
Yes. Guests can download the whole gallery as a zip, or a single photo, choosing either the original high resolution or a smaller web-friendly size.
What if I have more than 500 photos?+
The base price covers up to 500 photos. Beyond that, we add 100-photo blocks at $5 each automatically, based on how many you upload.
Can I use my own domain, like ourwedding.com?+
Yes. For a one-time $19 add-on we'll connect any domain you already own, with no yearly renewal fee for it.
How long does the gallery stay online?+
Indefinitely. Some wedding-gallery tools take your photos down after 6 to 12 months. pom.gallery doesn't.
Can I edit my gallery after it's live?+
Yes, anytime. Visit pom.gallery/manage and enter the email you checked out with to edit names, photos, your hero image, theme, privacy, or your link. Changes go live immediately, no need to wait on a reply from anyone.
What photo formats do you support?+
JPEG and PNG, up to 40MB per photo. We automatically generate fast-loading web versions for the gallery view. Your original files are always kept untouched and available to download.
What if I forget my password or need help after buying?+
Visit pom.gallery/manage and enter the email you checked out with. We'll send you a link to reset your password or check on anything else, no need to wait on a reply from anyone.
Can I get a refund?+
Yes. Within 7 days of paying, you can refund yourself in full from pom.gallery/manage, no questions asked. It takes your gallery offline immediately.
